Background
Department of Applied Psychology was formed in 1992 as a result of expansion of subjects of research in promising new fields of psychology, which were conducted at the Department of Psychology University.
Areas of research
The main areas of theoretical and applied research being conducted at the department, is psychology of individual experience, structural-dynamic organization of individual experience (R. Laktionov), psychodiagnostic, and psyhoseksolohiya psychotherapy and personal development in health and diseases (gender approach) (Prof. O.S.Kocharyan) ethnopsychological problems of modern Ukrainian society (Associate Professor VN Pavlenko), psychological problems of social deviations (Associate Professor NP Kreidun), modern psychological problems of human rights (R. O.F . Ivanov).
Extend research in psychology of motivation cognitive processes, political psychology, environmental psychology, psychology of computer users, business psychology, modern psychological problems of human rights and others.
